Residential CustomersFor residential customers, begin by requesting a free energy audit from Colorado Natural Gas. This service offers a complete evaluation of your home's energy efficiency. The auditor will install natural gas conservation measures at no cost to you. To be eligible for an audit customers must meet the following criteria:You are a residential customer of Colorado Natural GasYour home is heated with natural gasYour home is at least 10 years oldYou have not received an audit from this program within the past 5 yearsCall 800-790-8853 to schedule an energy audit.Colorado Natural Gas also offers rebates to residential customers for energy efficient furnaces, thermostats, and water heaters.
