ComEd -Energy Efficiency Program For Businesses
This program is designed for businesses, not individual homeowners, but if you own a multifamily residential building, you may qualify for energy efficiency rebates on lighting, HVAC, water heaters, and other systems. ComEd's Standard Offering provides rebates across a wide range of commercial and industrial efficiency measures—lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air systems, controls, and more—with bonus incentives up to 30% available for projects meeting specific deadlines (June 30, 2025 for full 30%, October 31, 2025 for 20%). To qualify for the 10% "Made in Illinois" bonus, equipment must be at least 50% manufactured or assembled in Illinois with proper documentation; you'll work with approved energy engineers who conduct facility assessments and help customers identify eligible opportunities.

Program summary
