SMMPA is a wholesale power agency serving 17 non-profit municipal utilities across southern Minnesota with approximately 129,789 customers. Member utilities design and administer their own rebate programs for qualifying commercial, industrial, government, and nonprofit customers; SMMPA provides coordination and support.
