Pacific County PUD - Solar Water Heater Loan

Pacific County PUD residential and commercial customers are eligible for a loan for solar water heating systems that comply with the BPA's Bright Way to Heat Water Program technical guidelines. The systems must replace water heating systems that use electricity and pool heating systems are ineligible. The loan is available for up to $6,000 with a 0% interest rate and a three year repayment term. Systems must be installed by a PUD-certified contractor. For a list of contractors, call the PUD at (360) 942-2411. Customers installing solar water heating systems are also eligible for a $2,000 rebate, in addition to the loan program.
