Program Summary

Four County Electric Membership Corporation, a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, provides an incentive for its residential customers to install energy efficient heat pumps through their All Electric Rate Reduction Program. Through this program, customers who meet the following qualifications may receive a 2% or a 3% reduction on their electric bills:heat pump SEER of 13 or greaterhave at least a 40 gallon electric water heater in a manufactured homeall appliances must be electricrequires heat pump with all electric appliances
