Program Summary

Warren Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (RECC) provides service to customers in the south-central Kentucky counties of Ohio, Butler, Grayson, Edmonson, Warren, Simpson, Logan and Barren. Warren RECC offers fixed-interest rate, zero down loans for the installation of a 13.0 SEER or higher electric heat pump system as well as recommended insulation and weatherization measures. These loans are available for existing site-built homes only and are repaid as part of the customer's electric bill. For more information, contact the staff person for your service area.
