Program Summary

South Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (RECC) provides service to more than 60,000 customers in southeastern Kentucky. In conjunction with Cumberland Security Bank and Peoples Loan Company, South Kentucky RECC offers a loan program for customers interested in improving the energy efficiency of their home by upgrading their appliances. To apply for this loan program, contact one of the participating appliance retailers listed on the South Kentucky RECC website.
