The Duke Energy Smart $aver® Business Non-Lighting Program helps Indiana businesses save money on energy costs by offering prescriptive rebates for qualifying high-efficiency equipment. Incentives are available for a wide range of non-lighting upgrades, including HVAC systems, chillers, fans, refrigeration, commercial kitchen appliances, water-saving devices, and building envelope improvements like insulation and cool roofs. Rebates are typically capped at 75% of the equipment cost and are designed to offset the upfront investment required to install efficient technologies. Custom incentives are also available for projects not covered under the prescriptive list.
