Jackson EMC - Residential Energy Efficient Rate Discount Program

Jackson Electric Membership Corporation (EMC) is an electric cooperative that serves 194,000 in 10 northeast Georgia counties. For residential customers that purchase more energy efficient homes, Jackson EMC offers a lower electric rate throughout the year. The Right Choice Savings Program gives residents both energy savings guarantees and the Energy Advantage electric rate to customers that buy a home that has been built by a Right Choice Builder and certified by Jackson EMC.
