Program Summary

Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation, in collaboration with The Tennessee Valley Authority helps its residential customers reduce their household energy usage through their Energy Right Heat Pump Loan Program. Loans of up to $10,000 are available with an 8% interest rate and a 10 year term. To qualify, the heat pump must have a minimum 13 SEER and be installed by a member of the Quality Contractor Network.
