Cumberland EMC - Energy Efficient New Homes Program

Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation (CEMC), in collaboration with The Tennessee Valley Authority provides a financial incentive for its customers to build new energy efficient homes through the energy right New Homes Program. Cash rebates are awarded to new homes built to the program's standards, which includes such measures as low air infiltration, heating and cooling equipment, insulation, ventilation and water heating.
