Southwest Tennessee EMC - Residential Heat Pump Loan Program

Southwest Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation, in collaboration with The Tennessee Valley Authority, offers a low interest loan to help its residential customers install heat pumps through their energy right Heat Pump Program. An 8.0% interest loan with a 10 year payback is currently available. This special financing rate applies to all heat pumps with a minimum SEER 13 and advanced systems with EER ratings. The financing is available to qualified members who install a heat pump in an existing home. A free STEMC post-installation inspection of the heat pump is required on all financed installations.
