Program Summary

Grays Harbor PUD offers low-interest loans to residential customers who complete qualifying energy-efficiency projects. Loan repayment time varies, based on amount borrow, from 24 â€“ 84 months. Customer must own the home where improvements are made. In the case of mobile homes, only homes permanently installed on real property (also owned by the customer) are eligible for financing.
