Blue Ridge Mountain EMC - Residential Heat Pump Loan Program

Blue Ridge Mountain Electric Membership Corporation, in collaboration with The Tennessee Valley Authority, offers low interest loans to help its residential members install new energy efficient heat pumps in their homes through their energy right Heat Pump Loan Program. Through this program, loans of up to $10,000 with terms up to 10 years are available with no money down. In order to qualify, the new heat pump must be installed by a contractor in their Quality Contractor Listing.
