Program Summary

Brunswick Electric Membership Corporation offers low interest loans to help its residential members improve the energy efficiency of their homes. The 5% interest loans can be used for a variety of improvements including an electric heat pump, weather stripping, electric water heaters, replacement windows, mobile home "roofovers", insulation, and solar water heaters. The loans of up to $6,000 are available to homeowners served by BEMC for at least one year and who have a good credit history.
