Program Summary

Lumbee River Electric Membership Corporation (LREMC) offers low interest loans through the ElecTel Cooperative Federal Credit Union to help residential members increase the energy efficiency of homes. Loans up to $35,000 are available for the purchase and installation of:Efficient windows and doorsHeating and cooling units (heat pumps, gas packs, a/c units)GeneratorsSolar projectsWater heaters (electric, solar, gas)InsulationEnergy Star AppliancesWeatherization efforts For detailed program information, see ElecTel's website here.
