Palmetto Electric Cooperative offers financing for energy efficient equipment through its EC Home Improvement Plan. There is no down payment or application fee and loan amounts are from $1,000 to $25,000. Participants are not required to be a member of the co-op, but must use a contractor sponsored by the co-op.
