Franklin County PUD offers low interest conservation and weatherization loans to their residential customers for the following energy efficiency improvements:Insulation Caulking and weatherstripping Energy Star Water Heaters Heat pumps and other HVAC equipment Windows More specific details about eligible measures and loan terms can be found on the Program Brochure, which also includes the loan application.
