Winchester Utilities - Residential Heat Pump Loan Program

Winchester Utilities, in collaboration with the Tennessee Valley Authority, offers financing to its residential customers to help pay for high-efficiency heat pumps through its Energy Right Heat Pump Loan Program. Loans can be financed for up to 10 years, with a fixed interest rate of 7%. To qualify, the heat pump must have a 12 SEER or greater, and customer must fill out a loan application. A small application fee applies. Heat pumps must be installed by an approved heating/air conditioning contractor, and Winchester Utilities will perform a free inspection of the heat pump after installation.
