Milan Public Utilities - Energy Efficient New Homes Program for Builders & Developers

Milan Public Utilities, in collaboration with the Tennessee Valley Authority offers an incentive to builders and developers of single-family and multi-family homes to build energy efficient homes which meet the energy right Program guidelines. MPU will pay $100 per unit for qualified multi-family units, and $300 for single-family homes. In general, the guidelines simply call for properly installed ductwork, insulation and caulking.
