Joe Wheeler EMC, in collaboration with The Tennessee Valley Authority, helps its residential customers increase the energy efficiency of their home heating systems through their energy right Heat Pump Loan Program. The loans have low, fixed interest rate and can be paid off in as many as 10 years. And the monthly loan payments can be conveniently added to the customer's utility bill.
