Cullman Electric Cooperative - Energy Conservation Loan Program

Cullman Electric Cooperative, a Touchstone Electric Cooperative, has two loan programs. One is the Energy Conservation Loan Program, which provides members a loan for insulation or storm windows. Maximum loan is $2,000, payable up to 36 months at a rate of 8%. A list of approved contractors is provided on the web site. Cullman also helps finance electric heat pumps through the Heat Pump Loan Program. The current interest rate is as low as 6% and monthly payments are billed through the electric bill.
