Program Summary

Covington Electric Cooperative offers the Touchstone Energy Home Program where homes earning the Touchstone Energy Home designation receive a free electric water heater per heat pump (up to two per home) and free underground secondary service up to 200 feet. Measures for qualifying homes include insulation, ventilation, windows, doors, sealing, air ducts and other measures that improve residential efficiency. See the program web site for details.
