Clinton Utilities Board - Residential Heat Pump Loan Program

Clinton Utilities Board, in collaboration with the Tennessee Valley Authority, offers financing to help its residential customers purchase and install new electric heat pumps for their homes. Loans have a fixed APR of 6%, with a term limit of 10 years. The 6% promotional interest rate applies to heat pumps with a minimum SEER rating of 14 and Advanced Heat Pumps.
