Alexandria Light and Power - Energy Efficient Water Heater Rebate Program

Alexandria Light and Power offers an incentive for its residential customers to install energy efficient water heaters. Eligible water heaters must be electric with a minimum tank capacity of 50 gallons and an efficiency factor of .92 or greater. Units must also be connected to an energy control unit to cycle or curtail during utility peak loads. Customers can only receive a water heater rebate once during a 10 year period.
