Chicopee Electric Light Department (CELD) offers a variety of energy efficiency rebates for its residential customers. CELD provides rebates for heat pump water heaters, refrigerators, clothes washers, dehumidifiers, air purifiers, and heat pumps, as well as rechargeable yard equipment rebates.
