Indianola Municipal Utilities - Commercial Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Indianola Municipal Utilities offers an incentive for its commercial customers to increase the efficiency of their facilities. Rebates are available on a per square foot basis for insulation and energy efficient windows, and a per unit basis for central air conditioning. Wall insulation must be inspected by IMU prior to being covered. Failure to arrange for this inspection prior to covering the walls will result in disqualification. Windows and doors should have the NFRC sticker when installed, customers should retain this sticker for verification of the U-factor rating of the glass. A copy of the itemized invoice and/or receipts will be required with the signed rebate application form.
