IID Energy - Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Program

Imperial Irrigation District Energy, in collaboration with the Electric and Gas Industries Association offers two loan options for energy efficient improvements within the residential sector. They offer financing to pay for 100% of the installed cost of replacement HVAC systems, with an APR as low as 7.5%-8.9% depending upon system efficiency. Customers may also include up to $500 for Duct Repair/Replacement. They also offer financing to pay 100% of the installed cost for ENERGY Star Qualified Dual Pane Windows with an APR as low as 9.9%. Customers have to choose between the rebate and the financing option, they can not participate in both programs.
