Two Rivers Water & Light - Low Income Home Weatherization

The Two Rivers Home Weatherization Program makes energy-saving measures available to those households faced with limited financial resources and a challenging energy burden.

The program funds specify improvements in the home that will reduce energy consumption and lower a qualifying household's energy bills. The first step is to establish your income eligibility through the federal Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP). To learn more about the WHEAP application process, customers should contact the Manitowoc County Social Services office (920-683-2888). Once a customer has confirmed their eligibility, the Two Rivers Economic Development office can assist in how to participate in the Home Weatherization Program.
