Pacific Power - Washington Energy FinAnswer Program

Pacific Power's Energy FinAnswer Program offers high-quality engineering services and cash incentives for energy efficiency technologies in new construction and retrofit projects. Commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers in Washington state are eligible. Pacific Power provides an incentive offer based on the results of an energy study completed prior to installation of energy efficiency upgrades ($0.12/kwh annual energy savings + $50/KW average monthly on-peak demand savings). The incentive paid is based on the results of a post-installation inspection, with costs subject to approval. Qualifying projects include planned installation of proven technologies that increase electric energy efficiency, exceed building code requirements or industry standards, and/or include at least 50 percent of savings from non-lighting measures.
