Avista Utilities (Electric) - Commercial Lighting Energy Efficiency Program

Avista Utilities' Commercial Lighting Program provides incentives for lighting upgrades. New construction projects and proved energy saving lighting measures not listed on rebate form are evaluated on a site-specific basis.
