Program Summary

Cullman Power Board offers financing for its residential customers to install energy rightÂ® energy efficient heat pumps for central heating and air conditioning. Heat pumps must be installed by a TVA approved contractor. If approved, customers may finance a loan with no down payment at an interest rate of 8% for up to 120 months.
