Program Summary

The Otto Tail Power Company's House Therapy Program offers free energy saving services to their low-income residential customers. Participation in this program includes free energy analysis and, if warranted, installation of energy-saving insulation and weather-stripping, and in some cases, replacement water heaters, refrigerators, and freezers. Applications must go through Participating Community Action Agency. The budget for House Therapy is limited.
