Black Hills Power - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Black Hills Power Customer Rebate Program offers cash rebates to residential BHP customers for the purchase of electric water heaters, new generation electric and geothermal heat pumps, and geothermal heating and cooling systems. All forms of permanently installed electric resistance heat installed in conjunction with a Residential Demand Controller or other energy management device qualifies for a rebate in conjunction with the Demand Controller Program. Also included in the Customer Rebate Program is a free energy savings analysis that compares specific water heaters and heating and cooling systems to be installed in homes. Customer must send blueprints of new construction or pre-existing home to their local District Office or the Black Hills Power Energy and Marketing Services Department.
