Duke Energy Progress- Rate Discount for Energy Star Homes

Duke Energy Progress offers an incentive to residential customers for improving the energy efficiency of homes. To qualify, the home must meet the standards of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star-labeled home program and be verified by a registered third party.
