SCE - Multi-Family Residential Energy Efficiency Programs

SCE's Multifamily Property Resource Center creates customer opportunities across multiple programs: income-qualified properties (ESA MFES) offer no-cost assessments and whole-building upgrades, while GoGreen Multifamily provides financing for in-unit and common area efficiency measures plus some nonenergy improvements on both affordable and market-rate properties. The Multifamily Resource Center serves buildings with five or more units through four pathways: energy benchmarking, zero-interest on-bill financing, free upgrades for income-qualified properties via ESA MFES, flexible financing via GoGreen Multifamily (covering efficiency and nonenergy improvements), and solar incentives through SOMAH.
