Program Summary

The Public Service Company of New Mexico offers cash rebates for purchase of Energy Star water heater wraps and programmable thermostats as well as the installation of low-flow shower heads and pipe insulation. Insulation and ductwork rebates are eligible for a 25% rebate. Products must be installed by qualified contractors. To receive a rebate for the purchase of Energy Star products, fill out the Rebate Application.
