Program Summary

Through the Building Practices and Demonstration Program, National Grid (formerly KeySpan Energy) will help pay the cost for a select few of their commercial customers to install new or under-utilized, commercially available energy saving technologies. Eligible technologies include: Energy recovery devices Combustion controls building energy management systems Desiccant units Infrared space heating equipment Infrared process heating equipment Custom measures Participation in the program includes allowing National Grid to publicize case study information and/or to conduct on-site tours. In return, installation costs for these measures will be compensated, and will improve the energy efficiency of equipment and reduce gas consumption each month.
