Clark Public Utilities - Solar Energy Equipment Loan

NOTICE: Clark Public Utilities will be discontinuing the residential conservation loan program, effective June 1, 2023. All approved loans must be funded by September 30, 2023. Please contact the utility with any questions, 360-992-3355. Clark Public Utilities offers financing available to its customers for the purchase and installation of residential solar equipment. Loans up to $30,000 are available. Loans under $10,000 have repayment terms of up to 5 years, but a minimum monthly payment of $25 is required. Loans over $10,000 have a maximum term of 7 years. All loans carry an interest rate of 4.99%. Processing fees: $290 for loans at $7,500 or less; $725 for loans more than $7,500. Fees can be paid upfront or added to your loan.
