Commercial New Construction

Efficiency Vermont offers support to encourage energy efficient design for new construction. Efficiency Vermont will provide support for new commercial buildings, including technical assistance at all phases of new construction (design, build, post), as well as prescriptive and custom financial incentives for efficient design, equipment and whole-building approach systems.
