Program Summary

Efficiency Maine's Commercial and Industrial Prescriptive Program offers prescriptive incentives for a variety of equipment types as well as custom incentives for new construction and retrofits. Examples of eligible organizations include:Businesses, for-profit or nonprofit;Municipalities;Schools and higher education facilities;Manufacturing and other industrial facilities;Mixed-use buildings (commercial/residential buildings with at least one commercial meter); andMultifamily buildings with three or more units.

Incentives cover the following technologies/upgrades:Commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) SolutionsMultifamily Weatherization SolutionsRefrigeration SolutionsLightingCompressed AirAgricultureWater Heating Solutions
