Aspen - Solar Power Pioneer Loan Program

The Community Office for Resource Efficiency (CORE) has partnered with the Community Bank of Colorado to provide zero-percent financing on loans for photovoltaic or solar hot water systems. The typical loan term is five years and loan amounts vary based on system size. After determining the system size, call CORE to advise loan amount. Loan applications are available at Community Banks of Colorado in Aspen or Basalt. If loan is approved, participants are responsible for the principle payments, and CORE will pay the interest.
