EWEB - Energy Management Services Loan

The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) offers cash incentives and low interest loans to businesses as part of the Energy Management Services program for the installation of solar domestic, process, and pool water heating. Solar pool heating systems have been installed primarily at apartment complexes and motels with electrically heated pools. The actual incentives are determined by the "package" of energy measures a business implements.
