Low-Interest Energy Loan Programs

The Idaho State Energy Loan Program provides low-interest loans up to $40,000 to fund energy efficiency and renewable energy projects on your single-family home, with rates as low as 3% for 36 months. You must own your property (with deed documentation), pass a credit check, and use a licensed or registered Idaho contractor; applications are processed first come, first served with funding available through December 31, 2026.
